Congratulations to Weir Minerals on the official opening of the Eastern Creek Distribution Centre.
Prological is proud to have partnered with Weir Minerals and JLL over the past 2.5 years to take this facility from concept to operational reality — defining requirements, sourcing the site, shaping the design and overseeing construction and commissioning.
Our team, led by Paul Erokhin and John Mills, worked closely with Weir’s supply chain leadership — Ivy Lee, Alex Fowler, Ian Rose and Umesh Naik — and with the JLL project and property teams — Matthew Lee, Richard Phillips, Leon Carroll, Brian O’Connell, Nicole Becker and Matthew Arkell — to ensure the facility meets current needs and is ready for future growth, automation and sustainability.
The result is a 5-star Green Star facility with 15,000 pallet spaces, 19 cranes, heavy-duty slab infrastructure and automation-ready workflows to support safe, efficient operations.
