His career spans senior leadership roles at Swisslog, Packsize, and Dematic, where he has consistently delivered transformational change across warehouse operations, automation technologies, and supply chain design.
Sean holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business and serves as a member of their Operations & Supply Chain Strategy Industry Panel, where he provides consultation on current industry trends and challenges.

Sean is married with 2 adult children. In his spare time, he enjoys and is passionate about community service and connecting with people, whether it be through his membership of the Davidson brigade of the Rural Fire Service, through Rotary or his involvement with local sporting team Forest Rugby. He loves spending time with family and friends and can often be found tending to his cattle together with family on their farm North of Sydney, or sailing on Pittwater on weekends.
