Prological today announced the appointment of industry leader Sean Ledbury as Director, effective July 1, 2025.
With over 35 years of experience in logistics automation and supply chain innovation, Sean brings exceptional expertise to Prological’s growing team. His career spans senior leadership roles at Swisslog, Packsize, and Dematic, where he has consistently delivered transformational change across warehouse operations, automation technologies, and supply chain design. Most recently, Sean was Head of Sales and Consulting at Swisslog ANZ.
Sean holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business and serves as a member of their Operations & Supply Chain Strategy Industry Panel, where he provides consultation on current industry trends and challenges.
Founded in 2010, Prological has established itself as a trusted partner to manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers across Australia and New Zealand, delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions to a number of major brands including The Iconic, Weir Minerals, BlueScope Steel and Electrolux.
The appointment comes at a time of significant momentum for Prological, which recently celebrated its 15th anniversary and inclusion in Consultancy Australia’s Top Consulting Firms. The company has also established its new headquarters at the University of Wollongong’s Innovation Campus.
In his role as Director, Sean will focus on connecting clients with optimal automation and technology solutions tailored to their specific operational needs. His appointment strengthens Prological’s ability to guide businesses through the complex landscape of modern logistics technology, ensuring they adopt solutions that deliver measurable results.
